¶ Where will my package be shipped from?
All products are manufactured in Mainland China.
We currently operate fulfillment warehouses in the US, Germany, the UK, Australia, and Canada.
- Orders shipped to the US, Germany, the UK, Australia, and Canada are typically fulfilled from the local warehouse when inventory is available. Otherwise, they will be shipped from our China warehouse.
- Orders shipped to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Serbia are fulfilled from our Germany warehouse.
- Orders to all other regions are shipped directly from our China warehouse.
Shipments are usually handled by FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, local postal services, or other carriers. The carrier is selected based on your order and destination, and specific carrier selection is currently not supported.
