Snapmaker provides a limited warranty for the major modules of Snapmaker 3D Printers (“Product”) purchased directly from Snapmaker or from an authorized distributor, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
The warranty begins on the date the Product is first delivered to the end user, as indicated on the original purchase invoice. The warranty is tied to the Product itself rather than the original purchaser. Subsequent owners may continue to enjoy the remaining warranty period as long as they provide the device serial number along with valid proof of purchase, such as the original order number or invoice.
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for Products purchased from Snapmaker or its authorized resellers. The coverage remains attached to the Product, ensuring that future owners can benefit from the remaining warranty period with the appropriate documentation.

Warranty Notice Regarding Third-Party Firmware
Damage caused by installing third-party firmware is not covered under warranty. Examples of situations not covered include:
If a product failure is unrelated to third-party firmware, it will still be covered under warranty. Each case will be evaluated individually, and Snapmaker reserves the final right to determine whether a malfunction was caused by third-party firmware.
Snapmaker shall not be held liable for any of the issues above. If you encounter one of these situations, we recommend contacting your point of purchase or seeking help from relevant third parties.
To request warranty service, please contact Snapmaker or the Snapmaker distributor from whom you originally purchased the product, even if you are no longer residing in that country.

You will receive a confirmation within 1-2 business days.
If the claim is valid, Snapmaker will repair the defect free of charge. If repair is not possible, Snapmaker will replace the defective part with an identical one or, if no longer available, with a similar part of equal value or offer a suitable refund.
If you purchased the product from an authorized Snapmaker distributor, they will handle your warranty request on behalf of Snapmaker. Please contact the distributor directly for technical support or warranty service.
Note: The warranty does not cover shipping costs or taxes for sending defective parts for inspection or repair nor shipping replacement or repaired parts back to you.
