¶ What are the differences between the A series, AT series, and F series?
- The A series, AT series, and F series are collectively referred to as Snapmaker 2.0.
- The A series is a 3-in-1 printer with a Single-Extrusion 3D printing module, a 1.6W laser module, and a 50W CNC module, available in three models: A150, A250, and A350, differentiated by their working areas.
- The AT series upgrades the A series with enhanced 3D printing, linear, and power modules for quieter operation, featuring two models: A250T and A350T.
- The F series, based on the AT series, includes only a Single-Extrusion 3D printing module and excludes the 1.6W Laser Module and 50W CNC Module. It has two models, F250 and F350, that can be upgraded to a 3-in-1 printer with additional laser and CNC modules.
¶ Does the A/AT/F Model support a Heated Bed temperature higher than 80℃?
In theory, the Heated Bed of the A/AT/F Model can be heated up to 80℃–100℃ at the expense of time. Generally, the Heated Bed takes about 20 to 30 minutes to reach such a temperature.
¶ What is the layer thickness of the Snapmaker 2.0?
Snapmaker can print layers as thin as 50 microns and up to 300 microns (lower number means better resolution).
¶ As an EU user, can I buy the A250T/A350T without the Enclosure?
Based on EU safety regulations, if users want to buy a printer with laser function, they must buy it together with the enclosure. In other words, if your delivery address is in the EU, you can only buy the A250T/A350T with the enclosure.
¶ Do I need to purchase the Can Hub?
If you want to use the Air Purifier and Emergency Stop Button on Snapmaker 2.0 simultaneously, the Can Hub is necessary.

Snapmaker provides Luban software for free. Moreover, Snapmaker supports various third-party software. Here is a list of compatible third-party software:
- 3D Printing: Cura, Prusa Slicer, Ocra Slicer, Simplify
- Laser Engraving and Cutting: Lightburn
- CNC Cutting: Fusion360, Artcam
¶ What kind of power adapter will be shipped?
The provided power supply unit can run on 100-240V AC and can be used universally. It can accommodate different AC mains voltages with interchangeable connectors.

¶ Where will my package be shipped from?
Our production warehouse is located in Shenzhen, China, with shipping warehouses in the United States, Canada, Germany, Australia, and the United Kingdom. If you are located in one of these areas, your package will be shipped directly from the local warehouse.
However, if the local warehouse has insufficient stock, the package will be sent from the Chinese warehouse. Orders from areas outside of the mentioned locations will be shipped directly from the Chinese warehouse.
Note: The Germany warehouse supports delivering orders to EU countries, Norway, and Switzerland.
¶ Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the purchase date (excluding pre-order or Kickstarter items). Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days.
You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order through your order history in the account center. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
