The touchscreen displays a system anomaly message: “System Anomaly. See anomaly details. Contact technical support.” The following error codes appear on the screen:
The issue may be caused by accumulated server messages, and we will resolve it by optimizing the server.
Based on the information we have so far, this error does not affect printing. If you encounter this error, you can click Confirm and continue printing.
This issue is expected to be resolved around March 24, 2026 through a new version of Snapmaker Orca and updated printer firmware.
