Firmware can be updated via Wi‑Fi or a USB drive. When connected to the Internet, the touchscreen will display an update prompt if a new version is available. It is recommended to keep your firmware updated to the latest version.
Connect the printer to a Wi-Fi network.
On the touchscreen, navigate to Settings page > About > Firmware Version.
If a new firmware version is available, tap Download Now.
Once the download is complete, tap Update Now.
Visit our Support Center(https://support.snapmaker.com)> Product Support > U1 > Firmware. Download the latest firmware package, and save it to a USB flash drive.
Insert the USB flash drive into the printer.
On the touchscreen, navigate to Settings page > About > Firmware Version > Local Update.
Select the firmware package file, then tap Confirm in the pop-up window.
