The metal plate at the bottom of the heated bed is connected to the Z-axis lead screw through 3 guide blocks. If there is a height difference between the guide blocks, it will cause the metal plate to warp, which in turn leads to an uneven heated bed.

This issue can be resolved by reinstalling the heated bed metal plate.
(1) Refer to the Heated Bed Replacement Guide to remove the heated bed.

(2) Use an H2.0 hex key to unscrew 6 screws and remove the heated bed metal plate.

(3) Unscrew the 2 screws on the tension lever arm, then press the lever arm to release the Z timing belt, so that the belt can be separated from the Z pulley.

(4) Press the guide block to lower it to the bottom limit position.
(5) Reinstall the heated bed metal plate and tighten the screws.

(6) Following the order shown in the diagram, reassemble the timing belt onto the Z pulley, then tighten the lever arm screws.

If you follow the order shown in the diagram, the timing belt will more easily cause the Z pulley to rotate clockwise, lowering the guide block. Since the guide block is already at the bottom limit position, it cannot be lowered further, so no height difference will be created.
(7) Refer to the Heated Bed Replacement Guide to reinstall the heated bed.
