This article applies to the following model and module. Please take note when referencing:
- The printing process stops midway and an error message 'Printing Anomaly' is displayed on the touchscreen.
- After tapping “Continue,” the print can temporarily resume.
- The issue may occur repeatedly during printing.
- The Filament is tangled, causing abnormal feeding.
- The toolhead that reports the error is clogged.
- The Filament is broken and stuck inside the filament tube.
- An issue with the filament feeder.
- On the touchscreen, go to print preferences and set the Air Printing Detection sensitivity to Low.
- On the touchscreen, go to print preferences and turn off the Air Printing Detection feature.
¶ 1. Check the Filament and confirm whether there is any tangling.
After tapping “Continue,” observe whether the Filament can be extruded normally.
¶ 4. Swap the left and right filament feeder
Observe whether the issue follows the filament feeder. For example, if the error originally occurred on toolhead 2, check whether the issue moves to toolhead 3 or toolhead 4 after swapping.
- If the Filament is tangled, reorganize it and restart the print.
- If the toolhead is clogged, clean it and try printing again.
- If broken Filament is found inside the filament tube, remove it before continuing.
- If the issue follows the filament feeder after swapping, the problem is likely caused by the filament feeder. Please collect the troubleshooting information and contact after-sales support.
