Model: U1
¶ Issue Description

The U1 cannot recognize the toolhead heating command and displays error code: 0003-0523-0000-0006.

The set extruder temperature exceeds the allowable range and displays error code: 0003-0523-0000-0036.
¶ Possible Causes

A compatibility issue exists between the slicing software and the U1.

The temperature settings in the G-code file are abnormal.
¶ Solutions
¶ Step 1. Use Snapmaker Orca to generate G-code
- It is recommended to use the officially recommended Snapmaker Orca slicing software to generate G-code to ensure compatibility.
¶ Step 2. Check G-code temperature settings
- Check the temperature settings in the slicing software to ensure they do not exceed the maximum allowable temperature (300°C) for the hot end.
¶ Step 3. Contact Snapmaker Support
- If the above steps have been performed and the issue persists, please send the G-code file you are using to our technical support team for further analysis.
