Case 4
During the calibration process, the 3D printing module does not approach the heat bed, and the 3D printing module moves in the air (because the proximity sensor is continuously triggered).
Try to complete the calibration process by manual calibration.

Check if the proximity sensor is faulty: when powered on, touch the proximity sensor with a steel object to observe if the red light is on. If no red light is observed, purchase a proximity sensor replacement at the official store or contact support to replace the proximity sensor.
