The Snapmaker Back-to-School Promotion runs from August 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM through September 10, 2026, at 12:59 PM CEST.
¶ 2. Who is eligible for the U1 Returning Customer Exclusive Reward?
¶ US/Global Sites
Customers who purchased a Snapmaker U1 Printer from the Snapmaker official online store before August 26, 2026, at 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) are eligible to receive a US$20 Snapmaker Gift Card.
The US$20 Gift Card will be automatically sent via email to the address associated with the eligible U1 order on August 26, 2026, at 7:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
The Gift Card is valid during the Back-to-School Promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. No separate application is required.
¶ EU Sites
Customers who purchased a Snapmaker U1 Printer from the Snapmaker official online store before August 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM Central European Summer Time (CEST) are eligible to receive a €20 Snapmaker Gift Card.
The €20 Gift Card will be automatically sent via email to the address associated with the eligible U1 order on August 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM Central European Summer Time (CEST).
The Gift Card is valid during the Back-to-School Promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. No separate application is required.
¶ 3. Who qualifies as an educational user?
The Back-to-School education discount is available to verified students, teachers, academic staff, and researchers.
¶ 4. What discount can education users receive?
During the Back-to-School Promotion, verified education users can receive a 6% discount on eligible products.
Orders that include eligible Snapmaker machines may qualify for a higher volume-based discount based on the number of eligible machines in the order:
- No eligible machines: 6% off
- 1–9 eligible machines: 6% off
- 10 or more eligible machines: 8% off
The applicable discount rate is determined by the number of eligible Snapmaker machines included in the order and will be applied to eligible products in that order.

¶ 5. Do accessories and other products count toward the machine quantity?
No. Only eligible Snapmaker machines count toward the machine quantity used to determine the volume discount rate.
Accessories and other non-machine products do not count toward machine quantity. However, they may still be eligible for the applicable Back-to-School discount when included in the same order, subject to the promotion terms.
¶ 6. Can I use the Back-to-School discount on accessories and other eligible products?
Yes. Other eligible products included in the same order can receive the applicable Back-to-School discount, subject to the promotion terms.
The discount rate is determined according to the education discount rules based on the number of eligible machines in the order.
¶ 7. Can I combine multiple orders to qualify for the 8% discount?
No. Eligible machine quantities cannot be combined or accumulated across multiple orders.
The discount rate is determined separately for each order based on the number of eligible machines included in that order.
For example, if you purchase 5 machines in one order and another 5 machines in a separate order, each order qualifies for the 6% discount, but neither order qualifies for the 8% discount.
¶ 8. Is the Back-to-School discount available to military personnel, healthcare professionals, or persons with disabilities?
The 6% and 8% Back-to-School volume-based discounts are exclusively available to verified education users.
Military personnel, healthcare professionals, persons with disabilities, and other qualifying applicants may apply for the standard Snapmaker Special Discount Program, which offers a 5% discount, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements.
¶ 9. Can I combine discount codes with other discounts or promotions?
The Back-to-School education discount cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional discounts, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
Only one discount code can be applied per order. The Back-to-School education discount also cannot be combined with the Filament Bulk Sale Discount or Snaps redemption codes.

¶ 10. Do I need to purchase the machines in the same model to qualify for the volume discount?
No. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, the machine quantity is based on the total number of eligible Snapmaker machines included in a single order, regardless of model.
¶ 11. Can I receive the U1 Returning Customer Gift Card if I also use the Back-to-School discount?
Yes. The US$20 U1 Returning Customer Gift Card is a separate customer reward with its own eligibility requirements.
Receiving the Gift Card does not affect your eligibility for the Back-to-School Promotion or the applicable education discount. Eligible customers may receive the Gift Card in addition to any applicable Back-to-School or education discount.
The Gift Card will be issued separately via email and is valid during the Back-to-School Promotion period. It cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
¶ 12. Does Snapmaker offer price protection during promotions?
Yes. Snapmaker offers a 30-Day Price Match for eligible purchases made through the Snapmaker Official Online Store.
If the listed price of your purchased product drops within 30 calendar days of your purchase, you may be eligible to receive the price difference as a Snapmaker Gift Card, subject to the terms and conditions of the Price Match Policy.
The price adjustment is calculated as:
Price Adjustment Amount = Original Product Price − Current Product Price
The calculation is based on the product's listed price before coupons, Gift Cards, promotional discounts, taxes, shipping fees, or other deductions.
If the calculated amount is $0 or less, no price adjustment will be issued.
To request a price match, please submit a Snapmaker 30-Day Price Match Request.
Once approved, the Gift Card will be issued via email and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
¶ Promotions & Discounts
¶ What are the rules for the Referral Program?
The Snapmaker Referral Program allows you to invite friends to purchase Snapmaker products and earn rewards.
Your friends will receive an exclusive 5% discount on machine purchase when purchasing through your referral link. Once their order has been successfully shipped, you will receive PayPal cashback or a Gift Card as commission. Rewards are typically issued by the end of the month following shipment.

¶ Are there any discounts for special user groups?
Yes. Snapmaker offers a Special Discount Program for eligible users, including educators, students, military personnel, healthcare professionals, and persons with disabilities.
Verified users can enjoy a 5% discount on all Snapmaker products.
This discount:
- Can be used during promotional periods
- Cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, referral rewards, or promotions
- Applies only to purchases made through the official Snapmaker online store
- Cannot be applied after an order has been placed

If the listed price of an eligible product purchased from the Snapmaker Official Online Store drops within 30 calendar days of your purchase, you may be eligible to receive the price difference as a Snapmaker Gift Card.

The price adjustment amount is calculated based on the difference between the product's original listed price at the time of purchase and its current listed price at the time your request is submitted. Coupons, promotional discounts, taxes, shipping fees, Gift Cards, and other order-level discounts are not included in the calculation.

¶ How do I apply a coupon code?
You can apply your coupon during checkout:

The discount will be automatically applied if the coupon is valid.
¶ Why is my coupon code not working?
If your coupon is not working, please check the following:
- The coupon code is entered correctly
- The coupon has not expired
- The coupon meets minimum order requirements
- The selected products are eligible for the discount
- The coupon has not already been used

¶ Can I apply a coupon after placing an order?

¶ Why didn’t my discount apply correctly?
This may happen for the following reasons:
- Regional pricing or currency differences
- Product-specific exclusions
- Automatic promotional discounts taking priority over coupon codes

¶ Can I use a coupon code with a gift card?
Yes. You can use multiple gift cards in a single order, but only one coupon code can be applied per order.

- Enter your gift card code in the same field
All valid gift cards and the coupon (if applicable) will be applied to your order total.
