Our Referral Program lets you invite friends to purchase Snapmaker products and earn rewards. Your friends will receive a 5% discount when they use your referral link, and you will receive a cashback / Giftcard equal to 5% of your friend’s order amount once their order is successfully shipped.
Please note: Cashback is not issued for cancelled, refunded, unpaid, or self-referred orders.
Anyone with an account on our platform can participate. You need to log in to access your unique referral link.
⚠️ Note: You must have an account on the same regional store where your friends will shop to be eligible for cashback.
After logging in, visit your account dashboard to copy your unique referral link, then share it via email, social media, or messaging apps.
⚠️ Note: Referral links remain valid for 14 days after your friend clicks them. Only orders placed within these 14 days will be eligible for cashback.
Referral coupons are tied to specific regional stores. For example, if you registered on the EU store but want to refer friends who will shop on the US store, you’ll need to create a separate referral account for the US store.
You will receive a cashback equal to 5% of your friend’s order amount. The cashback/gift card will be issued during the first week of the month following the shipment of your friend’s order.
⚠️Note: If your friend places an order more than 14 days after clicking your referral link, you will not be eligible for cashback on that order.

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. But each referral coupon can only be used up to 20 times per regional store. This means that for the 21st friend and beyond:
Once your coupon reaches the 20-use limit, you may choose to upgrade to the Affiliate Program, which offers additional benefits such as exclusive fan coupons and higher commission tiers. To request an upgrade, email our marketing manager at affiliate@snapmaker.com, and CC blaynesapelli@snapmaker.com and evelyn@snapmaker.com, stating that you would like to upgrade to Affiliate status.
No. If your friend uses your 5% referral discount, they cannot apply any other coupon codes.
