The Snapmaker Care 1-Year Plan for U1 (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) is an optional, paid extended warranty program.
The Service is linked to the serial number (SN) of the specific Snapmaker U1 3D Printer purchased and cannot be transferred to another user or device.
The Service provides an additional 12 months of extended warranty (see “Covered Parts” below) on top of the original warranty period and provides an additional 3-month extension of the Limited Warranty Parts on top of the original warranty period (see “Limited Warranty Parts” below).

The standard warranty is an after-sales service that Snapmaker provides for product quality issues, while Snapmaker Care covers two incidents of accidental damages, and has a one-year extension to the standard warranty period.
The Snapmaker Distributor deals with the standard warranty on behalf of Snapmaker. But if the damage is not covered by the standard warranty, you need to contact Snapmaker Support and provide the service code to obtain the Snapmaker Artisan Care service.
No. You cannot refund the Snapmaker Artisan Care service unless you return the corresponding machine under our Return Policy. You cannot transfer the Snapmaker Care service to other machines, either.
