The filament can not be extruded.
The filament is bent and entangled at the gear.
The hot end is stuck due to a loose metal tube and can not be removed.
- The diameter of the metal guide tube is slightly small, which makes it easy to loosen and slip.
- When the metal guide tube loosens and slides, a gap appears between the guide tube and the gear, making it impossible for the filament to pass through the tube hole, causing it to become entangled and blocked.
- Prepare flat-nose tweezers and pliers.
- Open the front cover and press the buckle to open the gear.
- Use tweezers to remove the filament attached to the surface of the gear.
- Use pliers to cut the filament tightly stuck on the gear, or use it to clamp and pull out the filament stuck in the metal guide tube.
- Check whether the metal guide tube is loose and displaced.
- Use flat-blade tweezers to hold the bottom of the tube and push it back up to leave a gap for the hot end.
- Remove the hot end.
- Apply AB glue evenly on the outside of the loose metal guide tube.
- Use tweezers to push the guide tube back to its original position and let it sit for 24 hours until it is fixed in place.
