Heat the nozzle to above 100° since after heating, it will expand to facilitate removal of the nozzle.
Remove the hot end and silicone cover. (if heated, please be careful not to get burned)
Tool: A vise & An adjustable wrench (Take J1 as an example)
Point the nozzle upward and secure the heating block part of the hot end with a vise.
Clamp the nozzle with the adjustable wrench and adjust it to be consistent with the nozzle diameter.
Turn counterclockwise and firmly loosen the nozzle. Remove the nozzle by turning it by hand.
Replace the new nozzle, align it with the hole of the heating block, and tighten it clockwise by hand.
Finally, use an adjustable wrench to tighten it and fix it.
Tool: An adjustable wrench & An H6 inner hex socket (Take sm2.0 with a single nozzle as an example)
Point the nozzle upward, fit the nozzle with an inner hex socket and put it on.
Use a wrench to secure the heating block.
Firmly rotate the hexagonal sleeve counterclockwise to loosen the nozzle and remove it.
Replace the nozzle with a new one, align it with the hole in the heating block, put the nozzle on the hexagonal sleeve, and rotate it clockwise to fix it.
Tool: Two adjustable wrenches(Take dual extruder nozzles as an example)
Point the nozzle upward, use an adjustable wrench to secure the heating block, and the other adjustable wrench to clamp the nozzle and adjust it to be consistent with the nozzle diameter.
Unscrew the nozzle by firmly turning it counterclockwise and remove it.
Replace the new nozzle, align it with the hole in the heating block, and tighten it clockwise.
Finally, use an adjustable wrench to tighten it again.
