Turn off the power, then detach the Laser Module from the machine.
To avoid ripping the cables that connect the red laser emitter, gently remove the bottom panel.
Use an H2.0 screwdriver to remove the screws at the four corners on the bottom of the air concentrator hood. Then, remove the air concentrator hood.
Use your hand to unscrew the old laser lens protector and replace it with a spare one. After you finish the replacement, assemble the 10W Laser Module to its original state.
To avoid staining the transparent part of the laser lens protector, do not touch it with your hands during replacement.
The purity of the ethyl alcohol should be at least 75%. The 99% ethyl alcohol works best.
You can also use a tool (e.g. a wrench) to unscrew the laser lens protector.
The cotton swab is a single-use tool. If there is still dust or grease remaining on the laser lens after you wipe it once, take a new cotton swab and repeat to clean it again.
