The XY driver temperature is higher than expected.

Is this temperature normal?
The XY motors in U1 use the TMC2240 driver chip.
The normal operating temperature range is -40 to 120°C.
Will long-term high temperature affect the machine lifespan?
Yes.
However, motor driver chips are power components and typically operate at relatively high temperatures.
Chip manufacturers design them for such conditions.
In general, the chip can operate for approximately 6–16 years at 110°C.
Will printing with top cover affect driver temperature?
After installing the top cover, the driver temperature may increase under the same load.
Therefore, it is recommended to operate the machine in an environment of 0–30°C.
If you need to use the machine in a high-temperature environment, consider adding additional cooling to the motor drivers based on community solutions.
