¶ 📝 Problem Description
The screen displays an error: Toolhead swapping abnormal, Toolhead 1/2/3/4 Pogopin contact anomaly.
¶ 🔎 Possible Causes
The Pogopin & Solidpin are dirty or have poor contact.
¶ ✅ Solution
1. Use alcohol and a lint-free cloth to clean the Pogopin and Solidpin.
2. If the issue persists, follow the steps below and enter GET_EXTRUDER_SWITCH_RECORDER in the Fluidd console to check the repeated toolhead pickup count — retry_count.
Take a screenshot of the retry_count page, check the wear condition of the Pogopin and Solidpin, take photos for record, and contact technical support.
Please take a screenshot of the
retry_countpage, and also provide a clear photo showing the solidpin status (refer to the example below), then contact support.
