The part cooling fan cannot rotate.

Electrostatic damage causing the fan to malfunction.
¶ 🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps
¶ 1. Cleaning and inspection

Use alcohol and a lint-free cloth to clean the pogo pin and solid pin to ensure good contact.

Control the fan rotation from the screen.
¶ 2. Manual testing
- Rotate the fan blades by hand for 2–3 turns and check whether there is any noticeable resistance.
¶ 3. Record results
Provide the above troubleshooting results and inform after-sales technical support how long the fan has been in use.
¶ ✅ Solution
Based on the troubleshooting results, if the fan is confirmed to be damaged, please contact after-sales support to replace the part cooling fan.
