The part cooling fan is located inside the toolhead swapper. To access the part cooling fan for replacement, the part cooling fan cover must be removed.

The part cooling duct kit includes the part cooling fan cover and part cooling air duct.

¶ Tools and Parts Required
- H2.0 hex key
- New part cooling fan and part cooling duct kit
¶ Procedure
¶ Step 1. Remove the old part cooling fan and part cooling duct kit
- Park the toolhead connected to the toolhead swapper, turn off the machine and unplug the power cable, then move the toolhead swapper to a position that is easy to operate.
- Remove the old part cooling air duct.
- Use the H2.0 hex key to unscrew the 2 fixing screws, then remove the part cooling fan cover.
- Disconnect the part cooling fan cable, then use the H2.0 hex key to unscrew the 2 fixing screws and remove the old part cooling fan.
¶ Step 2. Install the new part cooling fan and part cooling duct kit
- Install the new part cooling fan, connect its cable, then use the H2.0 hex key to tighten the 2 fixing screws.
- Install the part cooling fan cover, then use the H2.0 hex key to tighten the 2 fixing screws.
- Align the new part cooling air duct with the guide rails at the bottom of the toolhead swapper, then install the air duct.
