Machine model: U1
The copper sheet at the top of the hotend has detached.
During use or transportation, mechanical vibration or impact may cause the adhesive layer to crack and fail.
The bonding surfaces were not thoroughly cleaned before gluing, leaving oil or dust residue that reduces adhesion strength.
Insufficient adhesive was applied, resulting in weak bonding strength.
If you have instant adhesive available, please refer to the steps below to reattach the copper sheet.

(1) Surface Cleaning
Use a lint-free cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe both bonding surfaces. Remove old adhesive, dust, and other contaminants to ensure the surfaces are clean.
(2) Apply Adhesive and Bond
Apply a small amount of 401 instant adhesive onto the heat sink bonding surface (avoid excess glue). Align the copper sheet to the correct position and press firmly for 5–6 seconds.
(3) Remove Excess Glue
Check whether any adhesive has seeped into the positioning holes of the heat sink. If present, clean it using adhesive remover or another suitable method.
(4) Position Inspection
Visually inspect both sides of the copper sheet to ensure they are flush with the heat sink surface. If properly aligned, the repair is complete. If not, remove the adhesive and repeat the bonding process.
