This article applies to the following model and module. Please take note when referencing:
Model: U1
An error message appears on the screen: Abnormal heated bed heating. Please contact technical support.
1. The heated bed power is lower when using the U1 in low-voltage supply areas.
2. If the auxiliary cooling fan is enabled while the heated bed is heating, the airflow will dissipate heat, causing the heated bed to heat up more slowly.
3. If the main control detects that the heated bed has not risen by 2°C within 60 seconds, it will trigger an error indicating abnormal heated bed heating.
1. Turn off the auxiliary cooling fan and wait for the heated bed to reach the target temperature before starting the print.

2. Modify the machine's starting G-code in Snapmaker Orca.
