¶ Start with Featured Models
Snapmaker has invited talented creators to join the platform and carefully selected a collection of high-quality models. If you're not sure what to print next, Featured Models is a great place to start.

- The homepage curates a selection of featured models from across the platform, so you can start directly from here. Additionally, you can go to
3D Models>Featured Modelsin the top navigation bar to discover more featured models.
As more high-quality models are published, the Featured Models collection is updated regularly. We recommend bookmarking Snapmaker Space 
for quick access the next time you visit.

If you already have a general idea of what you're looking for—such as home décor, desk accessories, or fun toys—browsing by category is often the fastest way to narrow down your options.
To help users discover models more easily, Snapmaker Space organizes content into 10 categories and 65 subcategories based on each model's purpose and intended use. When creators upload a model, they assign it to the most appropriate category so others can find it more easily.

If categories help you browse by purpose, tags help you discover models by their unique characteristics.
Tags are added by creators to highlight a model's features, intended use, or design style. When you come across a model you like, try clicking one of its tags—you'll often uncover more models with similar styles, functions, or themes.
Here are some common tags you'll find on the platform:

¶ Narrow Down Your Results with Filters and Sorting
When a category contains a large number of models, filters and sorting options can help you find the ones that best match your needs.

- Publish Date
Filter models by publication date, such as those uploaded within the past week or month. - Color Type
Filter by color configuration, such as single-color or multi-color models. - License
Filter by license type based on how you plan to use the model. For example, Standard Digital File License is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
¶ Sort By
- Latest: View the most recently published models.
- Likes: Discover the community's most appreciated models.
- Downloads: Browse the platform's most downloaded models.
- Saves: Find models that users save most often for future printing.
Not sure where to start? Try sorting by Likes first. Models with more likes are generally well received by the community, making this a great way to discover high-quality designs.
¶ Find Models with Search
If you already know what you're looking for—for example, a multi-color dragon model—the search feature can help you find it in seconds.
Search supports a variety of keywords, which you can combine to narrow down your results. For example:
- Model name: Multi-color Cute Dragon by IK3Digital
- Model purpose: Desk Organizer
- Model feature: Articulated
- Creator name: Snapmaker
The platform supports partial keyword matching, so you don't need to enter the full model name. Simply type part of a keyword to see relevant results. You can also combine multiple keywords (separated by spaces) to refine your search even further.
