Failed to configure Wi-Fi on Ray, and no available Wi-Fi options appear after connecting to Luban.
- No available Wi-Fi nearby.
- Incorrect Wi-Fi frequency band; Ray only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
- Failed to establish a serial connection with Luban before configuring Wi-Fi.
- Internal issue within Luban causing it to not find nearby available 2.4GHz Wi-Fi after establishing a serial connection.
- Check if there is available Wi-Fi nearby. You can turn on a mobile hotspot (ensure it is set to the 2.4GHz band), place it near the machine and computer, and test if the hotspot can be found and connected.
- Ensure the Wi-Fi is on the 2.4GHz frequency band.
- Verify and confirm a successful serial connection with Luban.

- If Wi-Fi configuration is still unsuccessful after steps 1-3, you will need to manually configure Wi-Fi using a third-party serial tool. Here are the detailed steps using Lightburn:
- 4.1 Download Lightburn. If you are not a paid member of Lightburn, please use the trial version.
- 4.2 Import the Ray 20W/40W configuration file: Using Ray/Artisan/2.0 with LightBurn
- 4.3 Restart the machine.
- 4.4 Connect the machine to the computer via USB, launch Lightburn, select the correct serial port, and connect.
- 4.5 In the console page, enter $S (this is a query command, the system will respond with existing configuration information).
- 4.6 In the console page, enter the following two commands to configure the Wi-Fi name and password:
- $Sta/SSID= your Wi-Fi name
- $Sta/Password= your Wi-Fi password
For example, if your Wi-Fi name is "snapmaker-office" and the password is "Snapmaker@2016", the commands would be:
Change "snapmaker-office" and "Snapmaker@2016" to your actual Wi-Fi name and password. Then enter these commands in the console box and hit send.
