¶ Issue Description
- When running a boundary/framing check or starting a job in manual or control mode, the toolhead doesn't follow the expected path and often moves downward, causing it to hit the frame.
¶ Possible Causes
- The initial coordinates of the machine are incorrect.
¶ Troubleshooting Steps
¶ 1. Check whether all coordinate positions of the machine are correct.
- Power off and restart the machine (it should be in manual mode).
- Connect the machine to Lightburn via the serial port.

- Send the command
M2000 U0to check if all coordinate positions are normal. Normally, the response should show all coordinates as 0.
¶ 2. Use the G92.1 command to fix the coordinate issue.
If the coordinates are incorrect, as shown in the image:
You will need to input the following command to reset the system coordinates and fix the issue:
G92.1
¶ 3. Verify the result.
After sending the G92.1 command, send the M2000 U0 command to check if all coordinates are normal.
