Model: U1
When multiple Snapmaker Orca instances are running and connected to the same U1 simultaneously, the connection becomes unstable, resulting in repeated disconnects and reconnections. Some users have reported connection issues caused by this scenario.
The issue usually shows up as the Wi-Fi signal on Snapmaker Orca switching back and forth between red and green:
Currently, Snapmaker Orca does not support multiple instances connecting to the same U1 at the same time.
Use only a single Orca instance per U1 to ensure a stable connection.
Avoid running multiple Orca instances on the same computer or network if connecting to the same U1.
