This article describes how to export log files from a Snapmaker orca. Some snapmaker orca errors are logged in the log file, so providing the logs to our support team when an issue occurs helps to pinpoint the root cause more efficiently.
- Click the second icon at the top of the application to open the settings menu. Go to Help > Show configuration folder to open the folder location on your computer.
- Copy the log folder and share it with our support team for further analysis.
