¶ Issue Description
When selecting a G-code file on the touchscreen to start printing, the following error appears:
Unable to parse move 'G1 X-nan Y-nan' Error Code: 0003-0529-0000-0014
¶ Possible Causes
In Snapmaker Orca, using more than four filaments may cause incorrect mapping to extruders, leading to slicing calculation errors and undefined behavior.
¶ Troubleshooting Steps
- Try moving the model and slice again.
- In the Multimaterial settings, change the Wipe tower from the default option to a specific Filament.
- Delete any filaments beyond the first four in the filament list, or merge them with one of the first four.
- If the issue persists after completing the previous three steps, please contact our support team and provide the corresponding .3mf file.

- Follow the temporary workarounds above to avoid the error.
- This issue will be fixed in future version.
