- J1 is unable to connect to any Wi-Fi networks.
- J1 can only connect to the first Wi-Fi network it has been previously connected to and cannot connect to other Wi-Fi networks.
- The router specifications do not match those supported by the J1.
- The router is located too far from the J1, exceeding its connectivity range.
- The antenna embedded within the J1 screen is damaged.
- Make sure the specifications of your router match the ones supported by the J1. Please find the supported specifications in the image below:

The antenna is embedded within the J1 screen. Try positioning the router in close proximity to the antenna.

Try rebooting the device and then connecting to your cellphone's hotspot to check if it can establish a connection.
If J1 still fails to connect to Wi-Fi and cellphone hotspots after trying the above steps, please export the log files and submit a support ticket through https://snapmaker.formcrafts.com/support-ticket.

- Insert the USB flash drive.
- Go to Settings - About - System Logs on the touchscreen.
- Logs will be exported to your USB flash drive.
- Please locate the log files on the USB drive, which will be named "FW" and "SC," and kindly send those files to us.
