The machine return error message "The temperature control of the left/right extruder is abnormal.".
The extruder has a bad contact to the PCB.
Power off the printer.
Loosen the two screws on the side of the extruder with the provided pink hex key (size H2.0) in the toolbox without unscrewing.
Roll the knob on the right print head in the right-hand direction, until the Hot end kit is released completely.
Pull the Hot end kit down to take it out.
Push the Hot end kit back into the print head.
Roll the knob in the left-hand direction, until it could not be rolled anymore.
Power on the printer, start the Bed leveling and check if this error would happen again.
You'll need to run the calibration again to align the left and right head.
Power off the printer.
