To fix it, you’ll need to reflash the firmware using a serial debugging tool.
Please note that if this method is used to flash the firmware without authorization from Snapmaker Support and it causes damage to the machine, it will not be covered under warranty.
The serial tool used for firmware flashing is currently only available as a Chinese Windows program.

Please follow the steps below carefully to complete the firmware flashing process.
Important: From the moment you start establishing the serial connection to selecting the upgrade file, this entire process must be completed within 6 seconds. Otherwise, the upgrade will fail. If you select the upgrade file but the progress bar doesn't move, please try again and make sure to finish the steps within 6 seconds.

If the progress bar does not respond, please try the process again and make sure everything is completed within 6 seconds.
After successfully flashing, restart the machine to see if the issue has been resolved.
If you notice any issues after restarting the machine, such as failure to home, please try rolling back the firmware to version 2.3.5 to see if it resolves the problem. Here is the download link for the 2.3.5 firmware:
If the issue is resolved, you can update to the latest firmware again using a USB drive.
