Please try reinstalling the hotend a few more times. When doing so, make sure to insert it firmly all the way to the top. Also, ensure that the cable on the hotend is properly seated in the groove, as improper placement could lead to poor contact with the adapter board.
If you have a spare hotend available, try replacing it to see if the issue persists. If the problem disappears after the replacement, it's likely that the original hotend is faulty.
Inspect for any bending or damage to the FFC cable (ribbon cable) and ensure that the connection between the FFC cable and the PCB is neither loose nor skewed.

Make sure both ends of the FFC cable are securely connected to the adapter board, with no looseness or poor contact.
Try gently pressing on the FFC adapter board to see if the error message disappears.
Please be especially careful not to bend the FFC cable or damage the connector on the FFC adapter board during this step.
Assuming the original issue is that the left hotend shows a detection error while the right one works normally:
