¶ Problem Description
The Printing Module can not be moved when printing or when controlling the machine through the screen.
¶ Possible Cause
- The X-Linear Module is damaged.
- The controller interface is damaged.
¶ Solution
¶ Before You Start
Make sure to shut down the machine.
¶ Procedures

Please mark the Y-Linear Module on the left as Y1.

Unplug the X-Linear Module and the Y1-Linear Module cables from the Controller.

Connect the Y1-Linear Module to the Controller X interface, and connect the X-Linear Module to the Controller Y1 interface.

Turn on the power and skip on-screen error messages.

Control the X direction on the control page of the screen, and observe whether the heated bed can move forward and backward.
- If the Heated Bed can move forward and backward, it means that the Controller X interface is normal.
- If the Heated Bed can not move forward and backward, it means that the Controller X interface is abnormal.
- Control the Y direction on the control page of the screen, and observe whether the X-Linear Module can move left and right.
- If the X-Linear Module can move left and right, it means the X-Linear Module is normal.
- If the X-Linear Module can not move left or right, it means that the X-Linear Module is abnormal.
