Remove the X-axis from the bracket and try to control its movement. If it functions normally, it may be due to the wrong screw being used. Please use M5x12 screws instead of M5x16 screws.
Remove the X-axis bracket, rotate it by 180°, and then reinstall it to see if it resolves the issue.
