1. Clean the fan:

2. Check the fan cable:
Use an H1.5 screwdriver to remove the top cover and check if the fan cable is loose. Replug it and check if the connector is damaged or has bent pins.
3. Test the fan:
If possible, use an external power source to test if the fan can operate normally.
