¶ Problem Description
When removing the hotend, it was found to be stuck due to filament and can not be removed.
¶ Possible Cause
The filament is stuck in the metal guide tube, making it difficult to remove the hotend.
¶ Solutions
- Prepare diagonal pliers.
- Open the outer panel and cut the filament that is stuck between the hotend and metal guide tube using the diagonal pliers.
- Remove the hot end.
