¶ Problem Description
- Nozzle scraping bed (glass platform) during machine calibration.
- The nozzle is continuously pressed into the hot bed (glass platform) during the machine calibration process.
¶ Possible Causes
- The Z-axis linear module limit switch is triggered, and the Z-axis does not return home during the calibration process; the problem is located in the Z-axis linear module or the main control interface.
- The photoelectric switch inside the Dual Extruder is malfunctioning.

- H1.5 screwdriver
- H2.0 screwdriver
- H2.5 screwdriver
¶ Before You Start
Power on the machine, click home on the screen page, and observe whether the following process is completed:
- The Z-axis rises to the highest point.
- The print head on the X-axis moves to the far left.
- Move the printing platform on the Y-axis to the front.
If the above 3 processes are completed, please refer to Case 2 for processing.
If the above three processes have not been completed, please refer to Case 1 for processing.

Linear module cannot return home

The machine is powered off, remove the print head.

Disassemble print head

Use the H2.0 screwdriver to remove the four screws on the back of the module.

Detach the hot ends.

Use the H1.5 screwdriver to remove the four screws on the top of the module.

Detach the front cover and shell.

Observe whether the photoelectric switch cable is damaged or the terminal is loose.

If the terminal is loose, try to plug it in tightly. If the cable is damaged, take a photo and seek further support from Support.
