This guide provides a detailed, step-by-step process for replacing the laser safety shield kit on the 20W and 40W laser module.

- New laser safety shield kit
- H1.5 screwdriver
¶ Safety Precautions
When removing or reinstalling the 20W/40W laser module, please make sure the machine is powered off. To avoid any issues, be careful not to plug or unplug anything while the machine is on or accidentally connect things the wrong way.
¶ Step-by-Step Instructions
¶ Step 1 Remove the four screws from the bottom cover
Using an H1.5 screwdriver, carefully remove the four screws securing the bottom cover.
¶ Step 2 Remove the old laser safety shield kit from the laser module
¶ Step 3 Install the new laser safety shield kit onto the laser module and tighten the screws.
