- The dual extruder's right hot end can't return to home, accompanied by motor stalling or unusual vibrations.
- Both blue indicator lights on the main control board are illuminated after power-on.
¶ Possible Causes
- Loose screws securing the lifting motor.
- Slight movement of the motor's fixed position, leading to the jamming of the motor's screw rod.
- Loose or disconnected lifting motor wires, or incorrect connections after the replacement kit installation.
- Incorrect installation of the lead screw.
- Lifting motor failure.
¶ Solutions

Check the screws securing the lifting motor for looseness.

Verify the correct positioning of the lifting motor as indicated in the above picture.

Inspect the lifting motor wires for looseness and correct connections, ensuring there are no misconnections with the leveling sensor wires.

Ensure the lead screw is correctly installed in the middle of the groove, with the smooth surface facing outward.

Loosen the screws securing the lifting motor, remove the motor from the groove, power on, return it to the home position, and observe whether the motor rotates correctly.
