Make sure the Teflon tube is not knotted or damaged by crushing.
Make sure the filament is not knotted, as shown below.
The filament needs to be placed clockwise on the filament holder.
If the error code appears when printing the first layer, you need to check whether the model is warped. If warping occurs, please take the following measures.
4.1 Re-level the heated bed.
4.2 Change the adhesion setting to Birm or raft in luban (But raft requires longer printing time and filament, and is difficult to remove).
4.3 Before printing, apply a thin layer of solid glue on the surface of the platform to increase adhesion.
4.4 Turn on the "Avoid Printed Parts When Traveling" and "Avoid Supports When Traveling" settings in luban.
Fine-adjust the position of the leveling sensor.
5.1 Use the H2.0 screwdriver to remove the four screws on the back of the module.
5.2 Detach the hot ends.
5.3 Use the H1.5 screwdriver to remove the four screws on the top of the module.
5.4 Detach the front cover and shell.
Please note: When fine-tuning the position of the leveling sensor, Please use tweezers to get between the PCB board and the leveling sensor.
If the problem persists after adjusting the leveling sensor, consider adding bearings within the filament holder. The theory is to replace sliding friction with rolling friction. Reference: Adding bearings
