¶ Issue Description
- There is a gap at the fitting point after the enclosure door panel is closed.
- The enclosure door is not completely aligned with the frame, and it is only making contact with two of the three magnets because the door itself is slightly warped.
¶ Symptoms
- The enclosure door seems to be slightly warped.
- The enclosure door doesn’t close completely.
¶ Possible Causes
- The enclosure door might have experienced slight deformation during transportation or installation.
- A slight deformation caused by temperature.
¶ Solutions
¶ A. To fix the slightly warped door panel, place a 20mm thick plastic object near the handle and gently press the upper and lower ends of the door with your hand.
Step 1. Find a plastic object with a diameter or thickness of around 20mm.
Step 2. Place the plastic object near the door handle.
Step 3. Gently press the upper and lower ends of the door panel with your hand to fix the slightly deformed door panel.
¶ B. If the enclosure door still deforms due to environmental factors after trying the first solution, you can print a latch and attach it to the enclosure to effectively resolve the issue.
Step 1. Download the enclosure door buckle using the link below:

Step 2. Cut a small piece of PTFE tube and place it over the buckle.
If no spare PTFE tube is available, try cutting a small section from the machine’s filament tube
Step 3: Refer to the video below to install the buckle onto the enclosure.
