¶ Problem Description
- The machine starts printing normally and does not extrude filament after a period of time.
- Manual or loaded filaments with filament extrusion.
- Open the gear buckle, there is more filament debris near the gear.
¶ Possible Causes
- The elastic buckle of the idler pulls out due to insufficient clamping force due to tolerance problems, which can not provide sufficient clamping force for feeding. After repeated retraction or increased extrusion resistance, the filament and extrusion gears slip.
¶ Interim measures
Print structural blocks to withstand the elastic buckle of the idler wheel and prevent the elastic buckle of the idler wheel from coming out. The STL model is attached and printed using PLA or TPU.

If the buckle is too loose to print, try folding the paper to a certain thickness and then inserting it into the buckle. Please refer to the picture.
