¶ Before You Start
- Make sure you've assembled the Enclosure and installed the provided hose on it, as the Air Purifier must be used in combination with the Enclosure.
- Make sure the Enclosure (with the machine inside) has been positioned where it is convenient for gas exhaust.
- Make sure you've turned off the machine.
¶ Procedures
¶ Step 1 Connect the Air Purifier to Artisan.
Before plugging or unplugging any cables, turn off the machine first.
Plug one end of the connecting cable into the Air Purifier, and the other end into the Addon 1 or Addon 2 port of the Integrated Controller.

¶ Step 2 Connect hoses to the Air Purifier.
- Connect the hose on the Enclosure to the air inlet, and the new hose to the air outlet.
- Secure all hose clamps.
- Put the unattached end of the hose outdoors.
In order to ensure the ultimate safety of all users in all situations, we recommend that you exhaust outdoors.
¶ Step 3 Connect the Air Purifier to power.

Connect the power adapter for the Air Purifier as illustrated.

Turn on both the machine and the Air Purifier.

The Air Purifier will automatically start working once the task begins, unless you manually turn it off in Control > Air Purifer on the Touchscreen.
¶ Connection Verification
You can check if the Air Purifier has been correctly connected with Artisan by either of the following two ways.
- On the Touchscreen, tap Control and check if the Air Purifier is in the side menu.
- On the Touchscreen, tap Settings > Module Assistant and check if the Air Purifier is in the Connected Module list.
