Check if the label on the cable connector is the same as the sign beside the port into which the cable is plugged. If not, make sure the machine is powered off and replug the cable.
Try shaking the Y axes, the Z axes, and the X axis. If not firmly attached, tighten the screws or re-install. Especially check this for the Y axes.
Move the support platform back and forth to check if it will hit the Z axes during this movement. If it does hit, carefully re-read the instructions below (as in the Quick Start Guide) and re-install the support platform.
If you find it extremely difficult to tighten, check if the work platform is correctly installed on the support platform.
The mismatch of toolheads and work platforms might result in product damage, property loss, or even personal injuries.
If you find it extremely difficult to tighten, check if the toolhead is fully slid into the bracket.
Try lifting the work platform. If it can be lifted or moved in any way, re-install the work platform. Especially check this for the CNC carving and cutting platform.
Loose assembly could directly affect product performance and even lead to serious results.
Make sure the load capacity of the workbench is greater than 65 kg.
Check if the hall switch cord is plugged in as illustrated below. Especially check this before using the Laser function. If the hall switch is not properly connected, the Door Detection will not work, which might pose safety risks.
