¶ 1. Are all the required cables plugged into the correct port of the Integrated Controller?
Check if the label on the cable connector is the same as the sign beside the port into which the cable is plugged. If not, make sure the machine is powered off and replug the cable.
¶ 2. Are all Linear Modules firmly attached to the machine body?
Try shaking the Y axes, the Z axes, and the X axis. If not firmly attached, tighten the screws or re-install. Especially check this for the Y axes.
¶ 3. Is the support platform correctly installed?
Move the support platform back and forth to check if it will hit the Z axes during this movement. If it does hit, carefully re-read the instructions below (as in the Quick Start Guide) and re-install the support platform.
¶ 4. Is the cam handle of the support platform fully tightened?
If you find it extremely difficult to tighten, check if the work platform is correctly installed on the support platform.
¶ 5. Are the installed toolhead and work platform matched with each other?
The mismatch of toolheads and work platforms might result in product damage, property loss, or even personal injuries.
¶ 6. Is the cam handle of the toolhead bracket fully tightened?
If you find it extremely difficult to tighten, check if the toolhead is fully slid into the bracket.
¶ 7. Is the work platform firmly attached to the support platform?
Try lifting the work platform. If it can be lifted or moved in any way, re-install the work platform. Especially check this for the CNC carving and cutting platform.
¶ 8. Are all screws fully tightened?
Loose assembly could directly affect product performance and even lead to serious results.
¶ 9. Is the workbench firm enough to support Artisan and the Enclosure?
Make sure the load capacity of the workbench is greater than 65 kg.
¶ 10. Is the hall switch of the Enclosure properly connected?
Check if the hall switch cord is plugged in as illustrated below. Especially check this before using the Laser function. If the hall switch is not properly connected, the Door Detection will not work, which might pose safety risks.
