¶ Description
This page is used to export information related to network connections. Provide us with information to confirm where the network problem is.
¶ ① Screen Network information
Prerequisite
- Download link: Snapmaker 2.0 v1.15.23 (This is a testing version)
- Upgrade method: Upgrade via U disk
Network information
- After connecting to the network, click the info icon next to it.
- Take a photo of this page and send it to us.
Connection information
If you experience a failure to connect or a disconnection afterwards, you can export the log from the screen after inserting the USB drive.
- On Touchscreen → Setting → Export Log
¶ ② Luban - Machine Connection Information
Prerequisite
- Upgrade Luban to v4.7.X Snapmaker Luban - Snapmaker or Above
Luban - Machine Connection Log
- Connect the machine through wifi (just connect, it does not matter if the connection is disconnected)
- Top menu bar → Help → Run Wifi Test
- Wait for 30s
- Top menu bar → Help → Download Logs, save the file
- Send the file to us.
