After setting the material parameters and printing parameters, click Generate G-code on the bottom corner of the configuration bar. Subsequently, Luban slices the object, and the preview area displays the G-code file generated. Luban provides three modes of visualizing the model: Global View, Single-layer View and Top-layer View.
The Global View displays the entire 3D model. It supports two types of color schemes and X-ray Mode.
Luban provides two color schemes for preview: Line type and Extruder.
Line type
Each type of line is represented in a designated color. To view a certain type of line, tick the checkbox next to that Line Type, then you can see the designated color appears in the preview area.
To inspect the sliced object layer by layer, scroll up or down the scroll bar to control which layer can be displayed.
Extruder
Extruder is represented in its real color. To view a certain type of line, tick the checkbox next to the Extruder, then you can see the designated color appears in the preview area.
To inspect the sliced object layer by layer, scroll up or down the scroll bar to control which layer can be displayed.
X-ray Mode allows you to see through your 3D models. It provides a semi-transparent view of the object, revealing internal structures, layers, and other details that are typically hidden from view in standard mode.

The Single-layer View displays one specific layer of the sliced 3D model at a time. This view isolates a single horizontal cross-section of the model, allowing detailed inspection of that particular layer. It supports two types of color schemes and X-ray Mode.

The Top-layer highlights the topmost layer of your 3D model. When this feature is enabled, the software highlights the final layer. It supports two types of color schemes and X-ray Mode.

Line type
The Top-layer highlights the topmost layer of your 3D model. Each type of line on the topmost layer will be represented in a designated color.
To change the topmost layer, scroll up or down the scroll bar.
Extruder
In extruder mode, the topmost layer will be presented in its real color.
