- The rotary module is not rotating.
- There is a noticeable misalignment when using the rotary module for cutting/engraving.
¶ Possible Causes
The timing belt of the rotary module is too tight.
¶ Solutions:
Follow the steps below to adjust the tension of the timing belt:
- Loosen the screws at the back of the rotary module.
- Loosen the screws securing the motor, manually rotate the gear a few turns, and then tighten the screws.
- Reassemble the back component and test again to see if the issue is resolved.
