For linear module:
- The limit switch of the linear module was found to be damaged during maintenance of the linear module.
- The linear module can only move in one direction.
- Linear module cannot return home.
For 3D Printing Module:
- After the filament is loaded on the print head, the filament sensor is mistakenly triggered, causing printing to pause.
- After the filament is used up during the printing process, the filament sensor is not triggered, causing the machine to continue printing in the air.
- Damage to the limit switch of the linear module (the problem of connecting the controller and the internal limit switch cable of the linear module has been eliminated).
- 3D Printing Module filament sensor damage (filament sensor installation location and filament sensor cable connection issues have been eliminated).
For 3D Printing Module:
If you'd like to start a print directly, please follow the steps below to turn off filament runout detection.
- Connect your machine to your computer via the USB cable.
- Launch Luban and input the commands below in the console.
- M412 S1: Enable filament runout detection.
- M412 S0: Disabled filament runout detection.
- M412: Report the current filament runout detection state.
- H2.0 screwdriver
- H2.5 screwdriver
- Forceps
- L wrench 1.5 (hex key 1.5)
