¶ Problem description
- The nozzle temperature displayed on the machine screen is consistent with the ambient temperature, but the nozzle cannot be heated when loading and unloading the filament.
- The nozzle temperature displayed on the machine screen is consistent with the ambient temperature, but the nozzle temperature does not rise at the beginning of printing, resulting in printing failure.

- Heating tube malfunction inside hot end
- Cable failure connecting hot end

- Multimeter
- H2.0 screwdriver
¶ Before starting
Turn off the machine power and remove the hot end.
¶ Operation process
- Check if the cable connector connecting the hot end is consistent with the figure. If the connector is bent or uneven inside, try to repair it or contact support for a replacement.
- Check if the hot end connector is consistent with the figure. If the connector is bent or uneven inside, try to repair or replace the hot end.
- Check the resistance value of the hot-end heating tube with a multimeter (please refer to the figure below). If the resistance value is too large or too small (reference value: 17 ± 4Ω), please replace the hot end.
