Common Issue Descriptions:
- linear module stops at end stop with loud, unpleasant noise instead of completing the procedure
- Machine makes grinding noise during homing or calibration
¶ Symptoms

¶ Possible Causes
The limit switch is faulty, preventing it from being triggered properly.
¶ Troubleshooting Steps
¶ 1. Remove the end cap of the linear module (the end that is not connected to the linear module cable)
- Use an H2.0 screwdriver to remove the screws that secure the steel strip.
- Use an H2.5 screwdriver to remove the screws that secure the end cap.
¶ 2. Check if the limit switch is loose or damaged
The image below shows the normal state of the limit switch.

If the limit switch is loose, try resetting it and see if that resolves the issue.
