Model: Snapmaker 2.0
Module: Laser Module
- When the laser moves between letters in the text, it doesn't turn off, which causes unwanted marks (scarring) on the material.

- The G-code was generated using a newer version of Luban (above v4.9.0), but the machine's firmware is too old, leading to compatibility issues.
Use the USB drive method to upgrade the machine's firmware to the latest version.
- Download the firmware from Snapmaker 2.0 Firmware Updates and Downloads
- Place the downloaded firmware update file, Snapmaker2_V{version}.bin, onto your USB flash drive.
- Insert the USB flash drive into the controller, and then turn on the machine.
- Swipe left on the touchscreen > tap Files > tap USB > tap the firmware file to update.
- Turn off the machine. Wait for 5 seconds, and then restart the machine.
